Commercial  inspections  will be priced  after a walk-thru evaluation has been made.  Commercial inspections  require  more time to conduct and complete.   We will  price on a site to site basis.

We will conduct inspections on commercial structures up to 3 stories  high.  Apartment buildings, factories  and Businesses on a Physical condition basis only. We can  provide you with an excellent  basic inspection  that gives you a very compressive report of  basic functions   and condition of all systems. Our Inspectors are highly trained in  residential and light commercial applications.

Lending institutions are requiring  Inspections  on almost all properties and provide the buyer with an excellent  at the moment condition of  all of the important systems, framing, foundation, roofing, water and sewer, as well as maintenance  items such as exterior condition, paint,  brick, siding, grounds (landscaping) and concrete cover.

As with our home inspections we will provide you with a printed copy of our report as well as a CD that you can browse thru on your computer.  As an added option we can store the inspection on our server that you can log in and view online. This feature will allow you to share this report with anyone you would like., Distant relatives, banks, brokers, buyers or sellers.
